Casino Night:
This is a great way to get your volunteer hours
completed somewhat at your own leisure and without
having to work at the meets or during practice. We
need you NOW in order to make this year’s annual
event the best ever!! Volunteers on this committee
help obtain donations for silent and live auction
items, help in the planning, and set up of Casino
Night, and “host” this event. This year Casino Night
will be held on June 11th. This is our main Cuda
fundraiser and we need your help!!
Concessions: These
volunteers run the “Cuda Snack Shack”!! There are
several ways to help out in this area ranging from
setting everything up to running the ice machines to
selling the “goods.” This is one of the most
happening places at the meet. There is rarely a
dull moment here and the time will surely fly by!!
Don’t worry about missing your kiddo(s) swim, we
will try to accommodate during those times.
Ready Bench: This is the perfect
job if you want to see all the action!! If you want
to get up close and personal on the pool deck this
is the place for you. This is another place where
the meet really flies! Ready bench volunteers help
line swimmers up in their assigned lanes, assist
swimmers from the waiting area to the pool deck, and
help relay teams line up in order. This area is
crucial to keeping the meet running efficiently and
smoothly and we need you!!
Tent Parents: This is the
best job if you want to be able to share the entire
swim meet experience with your child and their
friends. Tent parents are some of our most
cherished volunteers!! We need you to be
responsible for an age group tent, check in kiddos
and make sure they are to the ready bench in time
for their events. Sign up with a friend or two, it’s
easier and more fun to share the job! Please plan to
volunteer for this position at every meet to keep
consistency for the swimmers. We specifically need
Boys 7-8, 11-12, 13-14 and Girls 6 and under, 7-8,
9-10, 11-12, and 13-14.
